Music notation question?
In the piece found at the sight below, notice above the first chord in the first bar there is a small number 4, and a number 3 at the bottom of the bar beneath the bass note. Also, found at the tenth bar is the number 4. What do these numbers designate, or represent? How should I approach these bars?
